She knew it wasn’t right to enter someone’s home without permission, but it was only once she got home that she realized she had left her cellphone behind. Planning a fake heist took a lot out of a girl, and it didn’t surprise her that she had forgotten something at his place.
Luckily for her, he had failed to lock the front door. Slipping in as quietly as she could, she crept towards the living room and got to her hands and knees. It took a little feeling around and peeking under things before she found it.
”Hah, got’ch— Huh?” The creaking of an opened door grabbed her attention, heading turning as she scrambled to her feet. She’d only need to tell him the truth — at least, she would have had she not seen… that.
Eyes wide and cheeks flashing hotly, Madison’s hands flew to her face. Naked. So much wet and n a k e d. Whether or not he had closed the door, she didn’t know. She couldn’t hear it clicking closed over the sound of her profuse apologies.
”I’m sorry! I’m so, so sorry! I’m— Ugh, I was just trying to find my phone!”

“I-it’s fine, don’t worry about it! It was my fault for not being more cautious.”
The magician paused for a moment and grabbed the towel he’d been using, wrapping it around his waist. Though he had no intention of leaving the room right now, he was feeling a lot more self-conscious than he had been earlier…
If his face could possibly get darker, then it did. Another moment of hesitation, and he spoke again.
“Umm… while you’re here… do you think you could… get my clothes? They’re already pulled out, I was just an idiot and forgot them…”
