Kaito barely had time to even take a step forward as she fell backwards and winced at the loud thud of her elbow connecting with the table. The top hat soon dropped to the ground with the confetti, the cat plushie inside almost coming out as it did, as he quickly went over to Madison.

“You okay?” He asked as he moved around and knelt down to look at her arm. It had certainly sounded like it had hurt, and as he carefully lifted it up to get a better look, the redness was pretty good proof as well.

“Sorry… Didn’t think you’d get that surprised…”

The magician paused for a moment before smiling and lowering his head to place a soft kiss on the injury before looking at her.

“That’s supposed to make it better, right?”
