Hakuba opened the door to the living room, which was all dark save for the fire in the fireplace, and a small reading lamp. He headed over to one of the couches and took a seat, letting his legs rest close to the edge, put on side of it. He then patted the bottom of the couch, wanting the other to come sit, but on the floor near his legs. He pulled a blanket over himself and reached for a book.
“Lean against the couch, head against my legs.” He spoke, softly and though it was an order, his tone sounded more like a question.

A silent sigh escaped him as he walked over to Hakuba. This, he wasn’t too surprised by. And if this was all he had to do, it was fine by him, though he hoped the other realised that there was a very good chance of falling asleep, if he was only to sit in front of a warm fire.
He bent down and sat with his legs under him, making sure the tail didn’t get caught under them, leaning forward to place crossed arms on the very edge for support. Then, he lowered his head just beyond them, enough to butt up against the other’s legs some, bell ringing with every move. He glanced at Hakuba and raised an brow, to ask if this way okay.
