“You really think I’d give you any other torture suggestions?”Not that it felt very much like torture in the first place and, really, he’d be lying if he said that he didn’t enjoy the attention.
Kaito grinned, one hand idly reaching upwards in a sudden urge he couldn’t quite contain, to slide up the side of the thief’s head, fingers just barely dipping beneath the hat to curl into his hair and lightly pet his counterpart. He might’ve had a few ideas flash through his mind, but—
Well. It was probably a better idea not to say anything at all.
“You’re a really bad torturer, you know.”
The thief hummed contently at the touch and let his eyelids fall closed, arms tightening around the other’s waist just a bit more. Yep. It had definitely been worth it to catch the other while he’d been sleepy. Not nearly as cautious as the first time they’d met. Though, it probably helped that the magician did have the first experience, considering questioning one’s sanity probably helped make it easier to accept that there was another self, trying to explain it by way of claiming the other person is a robot or no.
As for this Kid… well… he really didn’t much question things that should be unbelievable. Whether it has explanation or not, what happens happens and he just figures out what to do in response. In this case, the decision to cuddle his doppelganger seemed to be received well.

“Well then, I suppose that part of my ‘programming’ was never installed. Forgive me if I don’t particularly mind that.”
