There were about a billion unwritten rules when it came to shrunken detectives, so it was on KID’s head if he didn’t know them. Hmph.
”It’s not my fault your face is such an easy target,” he grumbled immaturely. Violence was uncalled for, and he knew that, but it was so much fun watching the thief scurry and whimper whenever he used his special shoes to ‘gently’ propel solid objects in his direction.
Feeling himself settle on the thief’s shoulder, he couldn’t help but to grunt and cross his arms.
”Put me down.”

“Well, it’s not my fault you’re so easy to pick up~ I’ve already given the condition for you getting down,” the thief returned as he started walking. This was a different sort of dangerous game than normal, playing with an irritated tantei on his shoulders than with gunmen at his heists… But he really didn’t enjoy having to be on guard every time he came to talk with the other from a fear of getting one of those black-and-white projectiles to the head. Kid didn’t like threats, tantei-kun didn’t like being picked up. Even trade off.
“Though, from the sound of it, you still haven’t learned anything at all.”
