Hakuba walks up behind the other and slowly attached a necklace around his neck, made with a gold chain. On the necklace are replica’s of each gem from the heists Hakuba has been to with Kaito. The biggest, and one in the middle is the purple-eyed gem from the bronze statue when they first met and the Pink Sapphire from the time he had accused Kaito of being KID. There is also an emerald clover for KID and a ruby heart, representing Hakuba’s love for Kaito. “Merry Christmas.”

Kaito started when the hands came from behind his neck, but when he saw what they were doing, his surprise turned into a soft, warm smile. There wasn’t any need to turn around to see who it was, even if his love’s voice hadn’t told him.
