(…Kai still kinda wants to cheat on the Halloween thing. Going from one mysterious magic-using troublemaker in white calling themselves a gentleman to another, albeit a much more unstable and slightly more violent one. And he knows I like the character too much to say no… But damn it, Kai… And that’s not even taking into account the fact that he’d go and bug the hell out of everyone after the change starts. Or there’s actually another one who falls into much the same description, minus the gentleman part, and without the instability and violence of the other option, who probably wouldn’t bug people as much… Which is still very much cheating, since Kai’s just picking ones that dress kinda like Kid, but aren’t… Debating whether or not to let him, or go along with something else… I like both characters, but for RP… Hmm….)

Halloween Magic

What is it: Halloween is coming~ Characters are dressing up, let it be for a costume party or perhaps trick-or-treating with friends or little baby siblings. What actually happens, on the start of October 31st (12AM), the characters find themselves transformed into their costume! Oops, something must’ve happened in magic land and now they’re stuck until Halloween is over.

When is it: on the 31st of October. The second that 12AM rings.

Where is it: here on Tumblr, right on your accounts.

Why is this happening: because why the hell not. I don’t have any reason for this, honest.

Who will be involved: you as the RP-ers. Me as the ‘moderator’ or general question-answer spokesperson in case you have any questions. Your partners who will most likely also be turned into something too if they choose to participate.

What is going to happen:

  • For one, the character you RP as will be turned into something. Let it be something scary, something stupid as shit, something that’s weird, it’s all up to you.
  • They’re then stuck in that form for the next 24 hours until Halloween is over.
  • This is literally like one huge M!A except you guys get to choose the specifics.

Specifics to REMEMBER!:

  1. Always talk to your RP partners in case they get confused.
  2. If you choose to turn your character into say a mermaid or a vampire, you are free to decide if it’s the harmless Disney kind of mermaid or the flesh-eating kind of mermaid from legends. It’s all up to you.
  3. If you choose to turn your character into those kind of flesh-eating creatures, it’s also up to you how their minds will be. If their minds are going to be completely changed by the fact that they’ve biologically changed or if it’s just the same person trying to adjust as if they haven’t changed even though they should be feeding on flesh.
  4. You are free to turn it into an AU afterwards if you like it so much (e.g. siren!AU, dragon!AU, vampire!AU).
  5. By all means, you are free to choose the most awesome costumes or the stupidest by any means.

The thief reaches out to take one of the other’s hands and bringing it up to lightly brush his lips over her fingers. Then he slides in to wrap the other arm around her waist, smiling.

“I certainly don’t mind giving one. And certainly not to someone as cute as yourself, ojou-san.~”

“Well, I have found that politeness helps more often than hinders. And apology accepted.” Like he was one to talk much about that, though. Teasing was far more likely to come from his mouth, but Kid did know what was more effective in getting others to do what he wanted.

The dove returned to his shoulder and he pet the bird some with a gloved finger.

“I’ll admit, I was a bit surprised by the request. Despite the costume, most don’t assume that I’d perform any magic at random…” Since he was better known for being a thief than a magician. Not the best impression to give, fans aside.

“W-wait, what was that last part?” Had he heard that right? There was no way the master thief could love him. Surely he misheard.

“The last part? Oh… the one about the fact that I care greatly about the adorable detective in front of me who’s slightly stuttering at being too distracted by the word ‘cute’ to pay as much attention to the word ‘love’? Is that the one you meant?~”

Yep, he’s definitely in a mood tonight, that he was just going around and saying thing like this so casually -if slightly teasingly as well- and reaching out to lightly wrap his arms around Shinichi while smiling softly.
