Run and Jump hug
Admittedly not his usual method of giving hugs, considering the risk of the other person falling over. Flying aside, he did like to be able to keep balanced while his feet were on the ground.
But it was a different story when he wanted to knock the other down, when he knew a bed would catch them instead of the floor. Just had to wait for when his other self wasn’t facing him… Now!
The magician grinned before attacking the other with a glomp.

(I probably have a few, but currently? People who give no consideration to other people, and then act haughty when people get annoyed/offended. One person on my personal posted Bible verses last night, which is all well and good. …Then she made a post that she lost 12 followers because of that, and were all ‘oh, sorry about supporting my faith and blogging, don’t worry, sure it won’t happen again -_-’ …That may have been fine to say if it were one post. She posted thirty five. That’s not about faith, it’s people don’t like the spam they might not have been prepared for. And that attitude she has, well, she lost at least one other follower. She doesn’t care, fine, I don’t care for her.)

“Not often. When I watch TV, it’s usually the news, but if movies count, then yes. Rarely have time (or interest) for many shows, though, active as I am.”
(RP blog for an anime, what do you think? Though I suppose it could be yes and no… I stopped watching TV, so parents took the box up here that had all the channels, but I do keep up with Gravity Falls and Steven Universe online. Only actual cartoons I’m interested in right now, and I’ll admit manga takes precedence over anime for me, since those go quicker.)

“I technically do that all the time now, so… Hmm… A few days ago?”
(Handwritten? …I might have to say never, if only because I don’t remember a time. Maybe when I was really little, more for fun or like a handmade card or such… but I lived close enough to people I hung out with that it’s not as though I sent any anywhere, and after that, typing and email came soon enough. Relatively.)

Would entirely depend on the person he’s shipped with, and if you go entirely default, then Kid tends to put a wall between him and any future like that with someone, so…

“Depends on the type of tea, but I don’t really have a preference.” Not the biggest tea drinker in Japan by a long shot. (More coffee, hot chocolate, soda. Sure, water and such, too, but he doesn’t really take the time to make tea.)
(I’ve had sweet tea all my life, so… cold, mostly. Had some hot teas, and don’t mind if the sweet tea isn’t cold, but default is, so…)

“I can, I guess. Crochet more than knitting, but not a hobby or anything. I’ve got quite a few random things I like knowing how to do.”
(Aaand nope here. Origami hearts and ribbon roses are about my random areas of craft I can pull at any time.)

“I’ve had to before, yeah.”
(No… Anytime I’ve been camping for any length of time, it was either in cabins (church or girl scout type of camping) or in a group where there were outhouses and buildings nearby (my brother’s boy scouting convention thing that lasted a weekend). Set areas that had conveniences while we slept in tents and had a fire, never been camping or outdoors and actually roughing it.)

“That one, no.” (He’s of course been in woods before for lengths of time, but this Kaito hasn’t ever really gone camping like Conan does once in a while.)

(Same. I have a robe I might wear in winter (as opposed to using a blanket), but I’ve never been a bath robe type.)

“Neither?” (Yes, yes the mun did just waste time to get screenshots of the random shoes this kid has worn. Those last ones made said mun laugh. :V (Mun also wasted time looking up if those are even popular brands in Japan vs what they make there, but it’s difficult to get a clear answer from the internet for me without trying to look at particular shoe stores, so…))
(Eh, haven’t had Nike’s in years, so I guess I’ll go with Adidas. Though I go less by brand and more by ‘what do I like the look of and is the price decent?’ If we were technical, think I’ve gotten more Avia in past years than either of those two, so…)

(Guess you can say that’s something I have trouble with… I enjoy spending time with people, and talking/hanging out, but even if it’s been years or we move away… I don’t find myself missing them. Fond memories and if we do meet up again, it’s like no time passed, but never gotten a ‘I wish they were here’ feeling. …It’s something I wonder about, actually.)

He hadn’t really noticed it wasn’t his house (well, technically it was… okay, replace ‘house’ with ‘universe’) until he saw the extra shoes at the entrance. Didn’t worry about it much, though, or at all really as he grinned and went on ahead inside. He did at least know about the twins, even if he’s only spoken a couple of sentences between the two of them.
But the relative lack of direct contact didn’t stop him from hugging his double when he saw him. Working late on something? Or who knows, while he didn’t see the uniform, maybe he’d gotten back from a late heist.

When I started shipping it: I don’t even know… At least three years ago, when I started getting more into fanfiction. Tried avoiding the non-canons for a while, but ha, that lasted so long… Most of the pairings I ship I was influenced by fics, people clearly need to keep stop writing them so well.
My thoughts: The loneliest pairing, really. Both are so full of secrets and have secret identities, ones they can’t tell the people they’re normally around, and have a hard time connecting to people anyway in their various ways. So, does feel the kind of ‘lonely together’.
What makes me happy about them: Their personalities working within the relationship keep them up and better emotionally, and their friends usually bring them the rest of the way. IDK, it just always makes me happy to think about.
What makes me sad about them: The difficulties the ship usually has in getting started, in getting enough trust between the two to allow them to drop guards. Also the fact that, even if Shinichi being back does normally mean the org is stopped, Kaito almost always is still Kid and the difficulties/possible threats with that, given Kaito’s protective side.
Things done in fanfic that annoys me: Hmmm… Maybe not directly KaiShin, but when people really are okay with sex between Kid and Conan. Honestly, I’m fine with KidCon. But not sexually, not until he’s far older, sad as it may be in other ways if he’s allowed to age like that. ‘Mind is what’s important’, all fine and well, but do you not get why that’s more messed up than just how they see each other? Implying Kaito’s fine doing that with someone smaller, Conan’s body is able to handle it in the slightest, and that any of that would be okay outside of how they think? (Mini rant, basically I like how one person wrote the pairings, KidCon being general fun and fluff, KaiShin being the same but also with the more serious stuff. And keeping both universes separate.)
Things I look for in fanfic: Eh… nothing too specific unless it treads on nope territory. Keep mostly in character, at least, don’t do the above peeve, other than that, I’m not the pickiest of fic readers, really. Too many genres I enjoy and fine with no ultimate plot. …And I binged read a ton in a year, just to say.
Who I’d be comfortable them ending up with, if not each other: Canon’s always nice, HakuKai and HeiShin for guilt-ish. Ish because the girls work well with each other too, so…
My happily ever after for them: Both orgs down, peaceful, active life with friends, Kaito’s not up for arrest when his ultimate work was taking down those after Pandora (and if Kid appears, it being generally agreed upon something corrupt’s happening, and more going through paces than anything serious anymore).Adopting kids.
Who is the big spoon/little spoon: Well, with mine, depends on the Shin. Kai generally prefers being the little spoon, though with Shin, he’s also fine the other way. So.. Depends on the interpretations of both, really.
What is their favorite non-sexual activity: Kaito likes cuddles, all the time. Shinichi’s okay with it, though he’d probably prefer them while doing something like reading. Or maybe for him, Kaito hugging him from behind while he looks over papers. Closeness and productivity, while Kaito’s pouting because really meitantei…
