*Tick anon comes back,* “Okay that’s down right odd could he really tell I was a woman? I thought the cloak made sure everything look the same.”

“Don’t talk like I’m not still here~”

(Ignore him. Anyway, it’s just a feeling. We both have a bad habit of guessing anons, but there are times he just wants to imply that he knows who they are, whether he really does or not. …He really does get a strong sense when someone should be called ‘ojou-san’, though…)

(…Umm…. Kai. I never even watched that show. How on earth do you know those lyrics? *had to look it up after the words came to mind*)

"Magic, of course~”

(…Riiiiight….)

Sneaking up on the thief, (or rather trying to) the anon gently tapped him on the shoulder and pulling up his arm scribbling ‘trick’ one letter at a time upwards on a clear spot inside of his wrist. “Now until that washes off you will really have a trick up your sleeve!” It laughed fixing the grey mask. Hesitating slightly it added a small star with a circle connecting the points. “Despite what a lot of media says a pentagram is for protection. Good luck with everything.”

Well, probably best he was expecting people to come, because a startled thief would be a lot more wary of letting his arm be taken. As it was, he just watched, curious as the letters were written, and laughed quietly at the reason for them. At the pentagram, though, he blinked and tilted his head as he looked up at the masked figure.

“Umm…” Kid looked off to the side for a moment, scratching his face with the other hand before giving a small smile. “I’ve found that Lady Luck tends to like me anyway…” And now he turned to face the other again.

“But thank you.”

Send me a “♡” if you want to ship our muses or would ship them.

(Hmm… you make a good argument… So as per what I said to the last anon, I’ll agree. V: Though Kai may or may not. Not like I always listen to my muses on ships *looks at Spider*)

A light breeze outside brushes a branch against your window with a quiet tapping in an otherwise silent room. Curious, you walk to the window. You hadn’t realized there was a tree that close, and that realization is slightly unsettling. Relief comes when you see nothing amiss outside your window, but your eyes do catch a bouquet of flowers just on the other side of the windowsill. The collection includes amaranth, begonia, cyclamen, zinnia, mimosa, and sycamore, but no people in sight.

AMARANTH: Broken-hearted
BEGONIA: Warning
CYCLAMEN: Parting
ZINNIA: Memories
MIMOSA: Secret admirer
SYCAMORE: Curiosity

Kaito blinked a few times at the flowers, then opened the window and looked around outside the window again before actually picking them up. Certainly a strange collection to mysteriously show up…

Zinnia…. Someone I know? Or knew? And parting?

Curiosity about the sender aside, it was the amaranth and begonia that made him frown. Probably was someone who knew him that had left it… but a broken heart? And what was the warning for….?

The magician turned the bouquet around in his hands and stared at it in mild confusion before glancing around a final time and moving to get something to put the flowers in.

There’s a random bouquet of orange roses, sycamores, and unabashed mimosas laid on the thief’s doorstep, a single Zinnia hidden in the petals of pinks, oranges and green; stuck in there after moments of hesitation and hopes of it would go unnoticed.

ZINNIA: Memories
MIMOSA: Secret admirer
ROSE (ORANGE): Fascination
SYCAMORE: Curiosity

Kaito almost didn’t see the flowers when he opened the door to go check the mail. As it was, he just barely manage to pause mid-step when he caught sight of them.

Who would….

He carefully stepped back and reached down to pick up the bouquet, turning it some as he looked at the flowers. Then, a brow raised as he caught sight of something and carefully reached in to retrieve the zinnia.

After a bit of curious, contemplative staring, he twirled the flower some and turned to head back inside to set the flowers in a vase, mail being set as a lower priority at the moment.
