Hakuba kept the kiss light as he massaged the back of the others scalp with his fingers, hand sliding up Kaito’s waist, thumb brushing the skin as they then trailed down to slid behind the others back. He pulled Kaito closer, but kept the kiss light, not wanting to completely overwhelm him, even as his fingers itched to touch more sensitive areas. He smirked into the kiss, thinking of all the sounds he could draw from him there.
He had to stop his mind wandering, lest his fingers follow.
He pulled back and smiled down at him. “Your beautiful, blush and all.” He caressed his cheek. “I’m the luckiest man around, to have someone as stunning, both inside and out, as you.” Yeah, he was feeling the need to shower Kaito in compliments, knowing it would make his face go darker. He loved it when Kaito blushed, because it meant Hakuba had an effect on him, and he loved that.
A shudder passed through the magician and he made a soft noise at the trailing hand. For the best that Hakuba didn’t go much further into anything, because Kaito might be more prone to that feeling of being overwhelmed right now, close and exposed as he felt right now.
Still, he’d half expected more from the kiss. Not that he protested from the other pulling away, just from the experiences he’s had with the detective kissing… Oh.
…Okay, yeah, the compliments worked just as the other had planned. Whether he’d have tried to fight it or not, the teen’s face flushed even more under the other’s hand. Damn it, tantei, you really are taking advantage of the fact he won’t speak right now, aren’t you? Because at least complimenting in return could distract from the complete attention on him…
Hakuba enjoyed the show as Kaito stripped before him. He half wondered if Kaito would have refused, but was rather pleased when he hadn’t. This was the first time he was seeing the other naked, and he half wanted to tell Kaito to just stand there, so he could get a look look – who knew when he’d get to see again – but he felt that would be too much. Instead he let the other climb into the bathtub, smiling the entire time.
Most of it was payback, the other half was testing what he could do.
It was so important for Hakuba to find out where the line was drawn, so he knew not to cross it. He just had to push, to see how far he could go, so he knew when to stop. He would always stop[ when the other asked him too, but for now, he’d enjoy the blushing teen. “Mmm, you look wonderful, Kuroba-kun.” Hakuba murmured as he leaned in for a kiss.
Really, whenever Hakuba tended to stare at him, he felt wary and self conscious. Though, it usually wasn’t from situations like this. …Probably.
…Well, maybe he’d have to think back to times in classrooms, after knowing that Hakuba’s been interested in him for reasons outside of the suspicion surrounding his night job. It gave the feeling of being closely examined, so, yeah, of course the magician was going to be flushed. One thing for public baths and such, it’s another when it’s a lot more private and he knows he’s being watched. Even the cover of bubbles didn’t help much, close as this was.
Kaito glanced up at the other at the compliment, just barely a pause before he moved to meet the kiss. Another part he’s still trying to get used to overall, really. The intimacy. At least like this, knowing he’s still new to trying a relationship, and one with someone he hadn’t entirely thought about before. It was one of the reasons coming for visits with the rules intact might need to continue for a while. To help him get used to it faster.
“Come now, there’s no reason to be shy.” Hakuba smirks as he watches the other hesitantly strip before him. “It’;s nothing I wasn’t going to see sooner or later.” His grin widened, and he held his arms out for the other to come and join him. “Though remember, if I ever do something you don;t want to do, all you have to do is tell me to stop, and I will.” Serious for a moment before the smirk returned. “Now come join me.”

The magician understood perfectly well he could say no. Despite the fact the original bet had felt slightly underhanded in that it had felt like he should do what the other had asked just because he’d been the one to lose… Well, even then, Hakuba had never forced him to do anything, even when what he’d wanted at the time had been clear.
…And he couldn’t very well use that thinking now…

…He probably should have known Hakuba would still be taking his guard down, but had the same rules really been necessary? One thing to knock him off balance, but it’s kind of another to make sure he had almost no floor to stand on to begin with…

Kaito shot Hakuba a light glare at the ‘sooner or later’ comment before pulling his shirt over his head. Yes, he’d agreed to start dating, but the other knew perfectly well he wasn’t used to this sort of thing. At least when he’s not the one initiating it. Definitely can’t take what he gives out – teasing, slight flirting, kisses and contact – in the slightest.
A lot more hesitation affected him when it came to getting out of his pants and the last, but he still said nothing to the effect of refusal, and did step into the bubble covered water to join Hakuba a minute later.
