✉ :On average, how long does it take you to write a reply that you’re pleased with?

Minutes, infinite, that’s something more dependent on muse cooperation and if I feel everything I’m given is addressed. If I post it, I’m usually happy with my reply, so… unless I hoard them (which happens), usually when I get around to writing and posting is about the time frame I’m happy with it. 

[And I’ll admit, some I haven’t/didn’t reply to because I got stuck on one detail that wouldn’t leave me alone, and it felt too silly to ask about. And then the draft sat there forever in the vain hope I’d figure it out.]

❤ :What are some role-plays that you have done/are doing that you particularly enjoy and wish to share with your followers?

It’s hard for me not to enjoy the entire verse going on with this person sending this particular ask, @blacktruthsblueeyes, and @whiteliesredeyes when it comes to Spider. For Kaito… wow, I rarely finished anything on here… But anything going on with @themoonlightthief, since that’s what kicked off tons of same muse interactions, and quite a few with Hakuba in the past that Kaito adored.

✿ :Fondest role-play memory, between muns?

Pft. Is this between all muns in general, or just between me and the specific mun sending it? Too many roleplays, too many fond memories, tbh. I guess most from the very beginning with people I roleplayed with I’d considered ‘fondest’, out of rp nostalgia. Particularly with Karissa, Ariel, Vinge, pretty much anyone I interacted with towards the beginning (those were just the first names to come to mind) and continued to interact with them (usually through tags in thread) as more time passed. I can’t entirely pinpoint one specific moment, though Kari did rp with me far more on Skype and made Spi’s first actual close relationship that helped me have an idea how he acted with people he started caring about.

(Woooow…  was looking into something for a 30 days of DCMK post on my personal, and I ended up with a notepad file that eventually became this:

Other gems stolen include the one from Jii’s first heist Kaito didn’t show up to, a spoken-about heist by robo Kaito before the one we see (and he says he stole ‘things’, so who knows what he actually took), three heists in a row before Hakuba got a piece of hair that are assumed to be successful, a mention before the Blue Birthday heist that the ring he stole was the 5th target that month, implied recent heist before the clocktower that Kid was successful in, [unltimately failed/returned] attempt at stealing the Jeweled Dagger before the Golden Eye heist, likely stole something even if he had trouble escaping when he met Nightmare…

And then finally we see a more casual theft and return of a jewel before the backstory of the Phantom Lady is shown, and it being mentioned that this is the fifth time Kaito’s used Aoko’s face to deal with escaping. If you want to headcanon Kaito’s always returned what he stole, go ahead, personally I’ll keep my doubts about the heists prior to Kid’s better image stemming from DC that bled into MK.

…Clearly I don’t like to analyse things at all. But really, the tangent I went off into on thoughts just made me want to make a point in saying that most of the good things we associate with Kaito were made in DC first. MK was a gag manga before DC’s more logical/suave way of portraying Kid bled over into when MK was continued. Even most returning of targets (not exclusively jewels, which happened after learning about Pandora) was accidental or done for a reason in the beginning, not the casual giving it back he has now.)

(…Trying to get through replies on the other blog, and I can’t help thinking about doing posts for every chapter in MK. (Barring the robot and Silver, since I’ve already made posts on them.)

And maybe something about Chikage and Toichi as parents. *shushes Star because she knows what I want to ramble about*

Who thinks I should?

Early (?) munday question! Do you have a life motto? If you do, tell us about it! if not, tell us about a quote or saying that struck you deeply!

(Yeah, just a bit early here. But never really had a life motto, gotta say. And while I have quotes I’ve liked, I can’t really say any have resonated in me or anything. If I had to say anything for either, it’d probably be something about having fun. In a lot of things, roleplaying, hobbies, work, if you don’t enjoy it, don’t do it, or else it’ll become harmful. 

More an opinion than life motto though, since you do have to push through some things, but like the job I quit was stagnating and only getting worse and worse, so it went from something new to ‘okay, gotten used to it and now mostly neutral but it’s something to do’ to ‘I hate this, and it wants me to hate it more, and no’. Much as I like looking into how people get affected by things (especially psychologically, even though I’ve never actually taken or at this point will take an actual lesson on it), pretty aware that doing something you don’t enjoy in the slightest is a big drain and can be very harmful if it’s an activity that demands too much time. (More than can be recovered from doing what you do enjoy later.))

To say, Chrome (which is connected to my accounts) won’t open at all on my newer laptop. Trying to get about seeing how to fix it, and back on my older, laptop. (Only on Kai right now, don’t want to open too many windows on here. Spider’s on mobile.) And it may also have been what was giving problems with xkit and uploading pictures in posts I was having. So… we’ll see.)

(Well, I know I haven’t gotten to anything on Kai yet, and still working through Spider’s, but this is better put here, so… Going to be taking a nap to be able to stay awake to see the moon tonight (which I have not fixed my sleep schedule far enough for it, so I’m half asleep already).

And as for why on Kai’s is the random occurrence of someone on IRC at about 5:30 in the morning responding to my Kaito nickname and handing me/him a red jewel. Random, and kind of funny because first reaction was to check it for character, then wondered what would happen if it were checked under the moon for tonight… Eh random thoughts that get out now because of a should-be-asleep mun.)
