((I don’t think I’ve ever been intimidated by a double of my muse, but I second this because I think it can lead to some seriously interesting and introspective threads for the muses themselves by being made to interact with other versions of themselves, and being made to see their similarities and differences. It can make the muse suddenly be very aware of themselves and decide to change some parts they don’t like about themselves, and overall discover things about themselves that they might never have otherwise.))

(…I hope I’m correct in assuming that it’d be the date here… But… umm… anime staff… Why this date!? Really? It had to be this date? The day after Kaito’s own birthday? I question your decisions so much right now. So much judging.)

(One thing I did like yesterday a the party that I meant to say but didn’t was that… Well, see, my friend invited some of her art school friends. And they do like anime, but mostly were talking about ones I’d heard of but hadn’t seen (yet). And one was trying to find out what I had seen, and kept naming some off and some of which I was saying I’d heard about, others I’d seen the first episode of (because I did that with quite a few to see how they were), and then a few that I had actually seen. And then he says ‘There’s this new one I’m watching right now that’s pretty good called Magic Kaito 1412. You heard of it?’

Cue staring. And then yes. Yes I have. He starts telling me about it, and I make a few comments. And he says that Kaito’s a cool character and that’s when I go: Trust me, I know. I’m a Kaito RPer. I’ve also read the manga. And the specials. Oh, and look, I dressed as Kid for Halloween. Do you watch the raws, because episode 7 came out this morning. Oh, here’s another costume picture see, look I have the gun too. Yeah, Kaito can be a bit of a jerk, you should have seen him in the manga. You haven’t read it? Read it, trust me. No, no his phobia is never really explained.

And then smaller discussions of various things, jokes at Kaito’s expense about the fact we were at an ice rink, and good times before cake distracted. But then that guy kept saying I was Kaito the rest of the time, which I was more than happy with, even if I didn’t suck at skating as much as Kai.)

(…I will say, I wasn’t going to take much random things put in the anime and add them to canon… but…)

(…Yes. I approve. Thank you, anime, for giving me this completely random bit of joy on this day. Which reminds me… I should probably do something about those nicely stacked, empty cans in the corner… Or at least build a pyramid instead. :V)

(I’ve mentioned a couple of times that my muse(s) can be summoned? For some reason, I can just imagine, at some random point in a thread, someone actually trying to summon him. Possibly by just putting their arms out and saying ‘do you want to build a snowman?’.Because I wouldn’t be surprised in the slightest if Kai came out of nowhere to cuddle at that. Just a random picture I get, don’t mind me…)
