He does have to blink quite a few times at the request, odd as it sounded. But it just sounded like the other person was curious to him, so…
“Sure?”
“I work. Im a scientist,” he says and oh color him impressed! He watches the dove fly away. “I get mistaken for college kid mostly, so being asked if I am a high schooler is odd. I am sure my sisters would find it amusing,” he chuckles and he is actually toning down the creep factor for once. “How long have you been doing illusion magic?” he asks and just sems to be so focused on those blue eyes. Ah how lovely. He wants them.
After he let the dove fly off, Kaito let his hands slip into his pockets and lightly chuckled. College was still a type of school in his mind, but he didn’t need to bring that up, since the other already said he had a job.
“Since I was old enough to start practicing it. My father was a magician, so I picked it up fairly early on…”
He looked back at the scientist, tilting his head slightly as he considered which option to use for a return question. Curiosity pulled him to want to know more about the other too right now. Enzio had mentioned having sisters, but the brunet was also interested in asking about the other’s job… Hmm…
“What sort of work do you do exactly, if I may ask?”

He twirled the card some until, with a small puff of smoke, it was replaced with a dove.
“Though, just in high-school right now,” Kaito commented, rubbing the bird’s chest, “And you? In school too or do you have a job?”

“My name is Enzio,” He says and gives a small smile. “I didn’t introduce myself, how rude."
More blinking, though it was more in surprise and less confusion now. Random person asks to look at his eyes and suddenly wants to know him. Okay….
"Really, it’s alright,” he replied, grinning, “Better than if you hadn’t at all and just walked away, after all.”
The magician may not have been sure what to think of this person, but they seemed nice enough, if a little strange with the sudden requests. And he couldn’t say that he wasn’t curious about the other himself.
“It’s nice to meet you, Enzio-san. The name’s Kaito.”
A hand rose and a card appeared with a quick flick of the wrist, a Joker covering up his smile, interest showing as he stared back at the other. A habit of his. The teen really couldn’t not show off that he liked magic when someone new caught his attention.
“And I don’t mind, but only if you’re going to return the favour.~”
…And apparently set off the want to tease already…

Saphir smiles and moves so that he is now very close to the other, but there is enough of a gap that the male can escape if he so chose. He wasn’t sure what provoked him but something about the male… “They really are beautiful…” they reminded him of his own.
He’s very careful though to not appear to much like a creep but really though he just wants to stroke that cheek and pull him closer…gaze into those pretty blue eyes… and he steps back. “I’m sorry, I just felt over come by a need when i caught a glimpse of your eyes.”
If he was at all bothered by the invasion of personal space, his poker face hid it. Well, mostly. At the compliment, a small blush managed to make it’s way through.
“Erm… thanks.”
The magician blinked some as he stared at the person in front of him, still very much confused, though a bit flattered. Plenty of people had commented on his looks before, he knew, though none really ever said anything to his face. Usually, they just focused on his magic tricks and pranks, so, while a bit awkward, something like this as a nice change. Well, there was Kid, but people treated the thief differently, and he himself did too.
“It’s fine. Gotta say, I’ve never really caught someone’s attention that way before.”
