“I’d like to think I at least keep the police in good physical health, if nothing else, much as they like to chase~ Of course, I wouldn’t ask you to come to Tokyo on my behalf. Not if I’m actually wanting to expect you. I’m sure I could come to the Kansai region a few times. I may like Tokyo, but I am an international thief. If I could show up in Paris, I don’t think it’d be too much trouble to step a little further out here in Japan.”

(I keep seeing that ‘Conan’ scene from Yakitate Japan in the DC tag, and ti just keeps reminding me how much I tend to love the strange trickster and jester type characters. Because while I haven’t watched the show, I did read the manga a few years back, and Pierrot was definitely my favourite in it. Crazy and fun, though I did also remember everything that happened after that scene too… I should actually go through what I’ve seen and read one day to see which characters were my favourites in everything. I mean, I like Spider as well, even if he’s not the same type as Kai, and that’s been elsewhere too, because I know I liked Akabane in Get Backers the best… Hmm…)
Aoko’s cheeks flushed at this sudden gesture. “K-Kaito? Could it be, that you’re still
drunk?”, she asked the weirdly acting magician. She was relieved, that they were still at his place or else it would have been really embarrassing to be in school like this.Aoko quickly took her phone out as she wrapped an arm around his torso to hold him close. She dialed the number of Keiko and called her. “Keiko? Could you maybe tell our teacher, that we won#t be able to make it to school today? Kaito is sick right now and you know that no one beside me can take care of him right now.” She waited for a reply and thanked her friend.
Kaito’s completely happy to just snuggle up against her right now, and he didn’t have to go to school as well? Yes!~ Though…
“I’m not sick. I said nothin’ was wrong, didn’ I?”
Not too sure why Mouri-chan’s taking him over to her house, but food did sound nice… So he nodded and followed, maybe leaning against her some, and slipping the medicine and water bottle he’d gotten earlier into his pocket, already having taken it while the other two had been talking.
“What kind of food?”
“Kaito? What’s wrong with you? Why are you giggling like this?”, Aoko asked, beign unsure if she really should have asked that.
“Nothin’s wrong~” If anything, he felt the best he’d felt in a long time~ Pleasant numbness instead of worries, and he just felt warm and happy, and he hugged her tighter, grinning widely.
“Jus’ feel happy righ’ now~” He said, giving a peck on the cheek before he went back to nuzzling.
The magician’s all happy and giggly, and just going to cling to the nearest person and nuzzle. Yes.
(Just to say, I’ll probably make Kai a ‘while drunk’ starter later for those that might not have thread possibilities with him, since I can’t always participate fully in the daytime rping fun because I unfortunately need some sleep before I work. His and Spider’s will be fine to respond to after the fun is over, though. Since, outside of memes like that, they’d never get drunk voluntarily.
And in the meantime, he’s just kinda amused at being in a thread he didn’t know he would be. Though mildly offended at being treated like a helpless child as a result. (He’s one anyway right now, but shh.) And just to say, he’s probably cuddling at least one of you. )
